Bill Kennelly's Story of Hypertext
Uses for Hypertext
To see what uses there are for hypertext, one should look back to see why hypertext was developed in the first place. Any project or problem that involves knowledge or information can benefit from the correct application of a hypertext system. The human brain is without doubt one of the most complex computers in existence, and the hypertext system is the closest thing in an organisational sense to the methods employed by the human brain for the storage and retrieval of data or knowledge.
Perhaps the question should be what can't hypertext be used for?
